Tim is the Founder and Director of Elite IB Tutors, and firmly of the belief that the International Baccalaureate’s educational ethos and structure makes it the foremost school-leaving qualification worldwide. Tim completed the IB at Antwerp International School in 2005 obtaining 44 points and went on to obtain an MEng from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University in 2009. He has been tutoring IBDP & MYP candidates since 2006, and started Elite IB in 2010.
Alongside his IB-focused work, Tim works hard to broaden the understanding of the IB in relation to university admissions, particularly UCAS. He regularly guides students, families and indeed schools in demystifying the process and supporting them every step of the way. It is Tim’s mission to make Elite IB a global reference point for IB educators across the globe.
In his role as director of Elite IB Tutors, Tim assists students, schools, tutors and other educational organisations in both growing and understanding the best method of teaching and implementing the IB - both in the UK and abroad.

UCAS & THE IB
As Head of Tutoring & Consulting, Bella is at hand to answer queries from students, parents, and tutors on any stage of IB tuition and support, as well as providing in-house guidance for UCAS applicants in the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
Bella completed the International Baccalaureate DP in Cornwall before graduating from King’s College, London in 2014, with a BA English Language and Literature. She joined the English department once more as a postgraduate student for her MA English, where she continued her research into feminist and postcolonial Modernisms, focusing her dissertation on works by Mirrlees and Rhys. Throughout her university education, Bella was senior member of Elite IB’s tutoring team, offering support to students of the IB and Middle Years Programme in English and other arts subjects.
Within her role, Bella continues to keep up-to-date with syllabus updates and set text changes, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of the IB as a graduate and IB tutor, in order to provide exceptional support to all Elite IB’s students and families.

'Choosing the right degree and university for you.'
As Project Manager at Elite IB, Sam is responsible for driving change and helping to maintain our position as the preeminent organisation for supporting students in the International Baccalaureate.
While a student at King’s College London studying History, Sam sat as co-Chair of the History Society - one of the oldest university societies in the United Kingdom – and completed his dissertation on developments in medieval French taxation assessment, working between departments at Royal Holloway, University College London, and King’s College before being awarded the Worshipful Company of Bowers Scholarship for Post-Graduate Study.
Sam acted as a senior mentor in one of the largest education charities in the UK for several years, leading their international outreach programme in Asia for the latter half of 2014. On his return he became regional co-ordinator for a leading energy before returning to London to join the Elite IB team.

After completing the International Baccalaureate DP in Leicester, Abby
studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, followed by an
MSc here in the History and Philosophy of Science.
Alongside her studies
she has tutored a number of IB subjects over the past four years,
including Biology, Chemistry, English, Psychology and ToK. Abby hopes to
draw on this extensive experience of tutoring to help deliver a
high-quality experience for tutors, students and families alike.

Working with Events Management and Travel Trade for the past couple of years, Ebba has returned to the IB world to create the absolute best revision courses for anyone looking to prepare themselves for upcoming exams, essays, CAS, or the IB in general. Along with a BA in Politics and MA in Diplomacy, Ebba has a broad international background with focus on delivering projects and events, connecting businesses and creating networking opportunities. In her free time Ebba is a keen rugby player who does the occasional triathlon.

Wei Hao has been with EIB since April 2012, teaching Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Previously, he was an A-level personal tutor and an demonstrator in undergraduate laboratories. Wei Hao can help at all stages of the process – having completed his GCSE’s and the IB with flying colours, and then going on to obtain first class honours at undergraduate followed by his doctorate at Oxford, he is perfectly placed to guide students at all stages of their academic life.

Charlotte supports both our Swiss office and all things Medical. Charlotte attended La Châtaigneraie where she passed her IGCSEs and IB with flying colours, progressing to a BSc Hons Biochemistry and Masters in Molecular Biology and Pathology of Viruses from Imperial College London. Alongside her work with Elite IB, Charlotte is also studying Graduate Medicine at the highly prestigious St. George’s.
Charlotte has been a tutor with Elite IB for the past few years and has
hosted our Biology and Chemistry revision courses. Since Charlotte began
tutoring over eight years ago, she has tackled almost every issue with a
student and there is nothing that our Charlotte has not seen or dealt with.
Charlotte’s inherent knowledge of the IB, Switzerland and navigating the
UCAS application process means she’s perfectly placed to help Elite IB
students flourish in their studies and university applications.

Michal is himself an IB graduate, completing the IB with 42 + 6 points from 7 subjects. He graduated from 4 sciences ( Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology ), all at Higher Level.
He then continued to pursue career in science, studying Natural Sciences at University College London.
Michal joined the team as an intern in the summer of 2015 and as contractor stayed with the team since then.
