The school was founded in 1985 by King Fahad Bin Abd Al-Aziz Al-Saud with the aim of providing a high standard of schooling for the children of Saudi diplomats, Arab Muslims and the local community in London. The Academy consists of a Girls School and a Boys School with an overall student body of 500 students and provides a bilingual Islamic-based international education to students.
